Start with an existing PV farm, a campus, and a question.

The first commercial step is a solution briefing. Weather, generation, and soils are local — a GPS pin is requested only after NDA.

The session is in English. We request that it be scheduled during U.S. business hours.

This form is gate 1.

Site envelope — if known

GPS location is requested under NDA. Weather, generation, and soils cannot be modeled from a market name alone.

Commercial path

Stage gates. Work is credited forward.

This form is gate 1. GPS and site files start at gate 2.

Paid work at each gate is an input to the next. The site model is credited into the twin. The twin becomes the controller at NTP.

    Organization, campus MW, cooling share, PV or acres. No coordinates.

    NDA

    Mutual NDA before any GPS pin or site file is shared.

Under NDA

    Site model

    Soils, weather, NREL System Advisor Model, thermal-electric case at the pin. First paid scope. Credited to the twin.

  2. 04

    Phase 1 offer

    Term sheet. Scope, price envelope, retrofit vs new-PV clock. The site model is the design basis.

  3. 05

    Digital twin and MPC

    Plant model and predictive controller, built from the site model. Becomes the operating controller at NTP.

  4. 06

    Contract / NTP

    Enabling equipment supply and specified-plant coordination.

  5. 07

    First additional IT

    Phase 1 cooling in service as fail-safe. Recurring lines may start.

  6. 08

    Optional later

    Heat recovery, generators, compute share, SPV. Only after gate 7 is proven.
